Will We Find Out About PlayStation 4 on February 20th?

Like clockwork, a Tweet, Facebook post and blog message just went up simultaneously -- posted by PlayStation -- mysteriously teasing “the future” of PlayStation. The date being teased? February 20th, 2013. What's being teased? We assume it's the PlayStation 4, but we don't know for sure.
